It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that totally nine accused are involved in the case filed in S.C.No.131 of 2013, and except the accused No.8, all the accused are appearing, hence, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the accused No.8 and within a short period, NonBailable warrant issued against the eighth accused would be executed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the next hearing date is 23.06.2015 and suitable direction may be given to the Trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.131 of 2013. 2.
Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent/Police to execute the NBW issued against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
eighth accused within a period of four weeks and the Court below is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.131 of 2013 on or before 31.08.2015.
