ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.
2. Today, on the direction of this Court dated 24.08.2016, Ezhumalai, defacto complainant has been produced by the first respondent police and he stated that he is not willing to compromise the matter with the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
