O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents herein to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members residing at No.77, Gulmohar Avenue, Velachery Main Road, Guindy, Chennai - 600 032, Tamil Nadu and also to his property pursuant to the representation dated 04.02.2015.

2. It is seen that Tecpro Systems Limited, in which the petitioner is the Chairman and Managing Director, has approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7208 of 2015 seeking police protection since there was a labour dispute brewing. This Court passed the following order in the said petition: "3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/police submitted that if any petition/representation is given by the petitioner to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police, Kancheepuram, they will provide necessary police protection to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/police, this criminal original petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to give representation to the Inspector of Police, Kancheepuram, seeking police protection and on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Kancheepuram, is directed to give necessary police protection to the petitioner."

3. The petitioner seeks a similar direction for his residence as he apprehends that there will be a breach of peace. Following the earlier order, this Court directs the petitioner to give a representation to the Inspector of Police, Guindy Police Station, Guindy seeking police protection and on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Guindy Police Station shall give necessary police protection at the residence of the petitioner.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
