Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to relax the Bail condition to appear on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. before the trail Court imposed by this Hon`ble Court by an order dated 01.08.2019. in Crl.M.P.No.10545 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.482 of 2019 pending disposal of the main appeal and pass such other further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.ARUNAGIRI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner is complying with the conditions, already imposed, namely, to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 A.M.

2. Placing a caveat on the petitioner/appellant that whenever trial is taken up, steps should be taken to argue appeal, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed, by relaxing the condition already imposed.
