O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent, Tahsildar to consider and dispose the written representation dated 02.01.2014 for issuance of legal heir certificate.
2. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, the father of the writ petitioner is having two wives and therefore there is a dispute in respect of the legal heirship. In the event of such disputes, the parties have to approach the Civil Court of Law for adjudicating their grievances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the Competent Court of Law for the purpose of redressing her grievances to get legal heir certificate or otherwise. With these observations the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
