(CRIME NO.12/2010) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the bail condition to appear on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. before the Trail Court imposed by this Honble High Court by an order dated 05.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.963 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.53 of 2020, pending disposal of the main Crl.A.No.53 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.ARUNAGIRI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to relax the bail condition to appear on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 A.M, before the Trial Court, imposed by this Court, by an order, dated 05.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.963 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.53 of 2020, pending disposal of the main appeal.

2. This condition has been imposed when Crl.A.No.53 of 2020 had been admitted. It is also informed by Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner herein is complying with said conditions.

In view of that particular statement, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, by relaxing the bail condition, however, placing an obligation that the petitioner should prosecute the appeal, whenever, the appeal is listed for hearing. -sd/- 17/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
