This application is filed for injunction restraining the respondents / defendants from in any way dealing with the property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the defendants 1 to 5.

3. Only, notice was ordered in this application on 06.08.2013. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has filed the counter affidavit stating that only it is because of the applicant, who is in possession of the suit property was unable to sell the property. The suit itself is one for specific performance and as the plaintiff is in possession of the property, it is stated by the respondents that the property could not be sold.
