(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2013 dealing with the issue of the prayer for classification of lambadis community as Schedule Tribe instead of Backward Community be decided by the respondents within a maximum period of six months of the receipt of this order. The materials filed along with the writ petition can be examined in this process.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
