[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] It is represented that the costs of Rs.5,000/- that was ordered earlier for allowing condone delay petition, is not paid.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners today handed over the demand draft dated 30.01.2024 across the Bar to the learned counsel for the respondent and the same is received by him. However, there is a delay of 1 day. Since the D.D. was taken on 30.01.2024, the bonafide of the petitioners cannot be doubted.

3. Hence recording the same as due compliance of the order, the Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter next week.
