Though adjournment was granted already by considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, now the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, by virtue of the interim order of stay granted, the person who has been removed from the Presidentship is continuing and the person who subsequently selected to the post is not able to discharge his duties. Therefore, vacate stay petition though had been filed, this is the third time adjournment is sought for, therefore, she is strongly opposed the adjournment. Sustaining the said objection, post this matter on 14.12.2021.
