Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) relax the Bail condition to appear on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30a.m before the trial court imposed by this Honble High Court by an order dated 22.04.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.3928 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.145 of 2019 pending disposal of the main appeal.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.ARUNAGIRI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the representation made that condition imposed is being complied with, the condition is relaxed.
2. However, the direction is given that the petitioners should be represented before the High Court, whenever Crl.A.No.145 of 2019 is taken up for hearing.
