ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is factual error committed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and he has made an endorsement seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition with correct facts. The petitioner is also present in Court.

2.The said endorsement is placed on record. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
