This application has been filed to appoint the employee of the applicant viz. Mr.Rakesh, Area Regional Manager, to seize and take possession of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons, which is lying in the custody of respondents, men, servants, agents, from his premises at A-313 & A-314, Peenya Industrial Area, II Stage, III Main Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560 058 or wherever found with the Police aid and break open the premises, if necessary.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that already the award has been passed on 04.09.2019 and the notice sent to the respondent was returned with an endorsement "left" and an affidavit of service is also filed to that effect. Though the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
