O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR Crime No.110 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Rajampet Police Station, Kadappa District, Andhrapradesh (Rajayaseema) and to quash the same.

2. From the records, it is seen that when the matter was taken up "for admission" on 08.08.2014, the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the petitioners took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned to 11.08.2014 and thereafter, at his request, the matter has been adjourned to 12.08.2014 and 01.09.2014. Further, for the past five years, the learned counsel has not taking any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, this petition cannot be considered now and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
