NO. 3 OF 2009) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition to appear on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m before the trial court imposed by this Hon'ble High Court by an order dated 21/01/2019 in Crl.M.P.No.745 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.36 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ARUNAGIRI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- On statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner has complied with the conditions and the same is relaxed.
