C.M.P.Nos.10841, 10843 & 10844 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.10841, 10843 & 10844 of 2022 in S.A.No.320 of 2004 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.10841 of 2022 has been filed to declare 3rd petitioner Ramyadevi as 8th respondent and also as major in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.10843 of 2002 has been filed to discharge the 1st petitioner herein from the guardianship of the petitioners 2 and 3/respondents 7 and 8 in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.10844 of 2022 has been filed to declare the 2nd petitioner Hemanthraj as 7th respondent and also as major in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2, 3 & 8.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents 2, 3 & 8 reported that they have no objection for allowing these petitions.
