O R D E R

This application is filed by the applicant to appoint the employee of the applicant viz., Mr.Kapilsinh Valubhai Patel, Branch Regional Manager to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons which is lying in the custody of respondents, men, servants, agents from his premises at Kamlej, Tal Bhavnagar, Gujarat 364 060 or wherever found with the police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the award has been passed. This Court is of the view that since the award has been passed, the applicant shall workout his remedy before the Execution court by enforcing the award. Accordingly the application is closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
