ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash F.I.R in Crime No.34 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that there are totally two accused in this case, in which the petitioner is arrayed as 1st accused. In so far as the 2nd accused is concerned, this Court by order dated 14.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.22511 of 2014 quashed F.I.R in Crime No.34 of 2014 against her. During the course of investigation, the petitioner/1st accused also died on 09.08.2018 and his death certificate (No.D51226221098/2018) is also produced. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
