This petition has been filed to to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Avanashi to dispose the discharge petition filed by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 870 of 2015 in CC No. 83 of 2014 http://www.judis.nic.in

2. The limited prayer sought for is for direction to expedite the discharge petition filed by the petitioner. It is seen that though the petition was filed in the year 2015, the same is kept pending till date.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the averments in the discharge petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avanashi to consider the petition for discharge filed the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 870 of 2015 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
