O R D E R
This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents Police to execute the conviction warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Magisterial level, Ambattur in S.T.C.No.425 of 2014, against the 3rd respondent.
2.Mr.Sonai Rajan, Sub-Inspector of Police, was present at the time of hearing.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the accused person viz.,Mahadevan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was secured and produced before the Fast Track Court No.I, Ambattur, on 18.02.2021 and thereby the non-bailable warrant has been executed. A copy of the relevant report that was submitted before the Court below was also circulated at the time of hearing.
4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
