Crl.MP.Nos.7100 & 7101 of 2017 in Crl.A.Nos.SR23345 & 23348 of 2017 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

In the light of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India passed in Criminal Appeal Nos.469 to 472 of 2023 which has interfered the order of this Court dismissing the condone delay petition and remanded the matter back to this Court condoning the delay, these two petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to number the appeals.

2. Since it is a time bound appeal, Registry is directed to call for the records and prepare the typed sets at the earliest.

3. Call the matter on 17.04.2023.
