O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his un-numbered Review Petition and pass suitable order in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Anandha Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the Review Application filed by the petitioner was returned by the third respondent on 10.02.2023 on the ground that Review Application has not been filed against any order.

3. In view of the fact that the Review Application filed by the petitioner had already been considered by the third respondent and the same 2/4

has been returned on the ground that it has not been preferred in respect of any order, no further direction can be issued to the third respondent.

4. It appears from the averments filed in support of this Writ Petition that the Writ Petitioner has got some grievance regarding promotion. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the Competent Authority.
