The present writ petition was listed for final disposal on 17.04.2023 but none appeared for the petitioner on that day. In order to give further opportunity, the writ petition was again listed on 19.04.2023, i.e., today, and when the matter is taken up for final hearing, again there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. 2.The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to execute the sale deed for plot number Plot No.498, Periyar Nagar, Part 1, Tharamani, in petitioner's favour. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Slum Clearance Board made a submission that the board is ready to execute the sale deed in the event of complying the terms and conditions as stipulated by the petitioners.

4.This being the submission made, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities of the board to comply with the terms and conditions in accordance with the act and rules for the purpose of 2/4

considering his case for executing the sale deed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
