There was no representation for the petitioner, when these matters were taken up for hearing on 04.11.2022 and therefore, the matters were posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 11.11.2022. On 11.11.2022 also, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court reserved orders, called for the records and perused the same.
2. A reading of the petitions and the prayer therein, does not disclose any prima facie material for even entertaining these petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. We are indeed surprised as to how these petitions were numbered even.
3. Records called for from the trial Court show that the trial in C.C.No.339 of 2014 was completed and the accused therein were acquitted as early as 03.10.2017 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as being 5/7
