file of the Additional Sessions Judge at other than Thiruvannamalai District as the case may be, in order to secure the ends of justice.

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent have stated that the case in S.C.No.48 of 2009 may be transferred to the file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Arni, 2.Recording the above submission, the case in S.C.No.48 of 2009 pending on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Arni, Thiruvannamalai District. The learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Arni, Thiruvannamalai District, shall take up the matter and dispose of the case, after renumbering, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of its transfer.

3.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
