ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to expedite the trial. Since the case is of the year 2017, it would not be appropriate to fix the time limit to the Court below for completing the proceedings.

2. However, since the petitioner claims that he is under suspension from his service for considerable time and he is struggling for his livelihood, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy, Namakkal District shall endeavour to complete the trial in connection with the C.C.No.33 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
