O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside condition (i) that 20% of the cheque amount ( less if any of the amount paid under Section 143 A of NI Act) is ordered to be deposited before the trial Court by the petitioner in terms of section 148 of Negotiable Instruments Act within a period of 30 days from the date of this order, failing which the order of suspension of execution of sentence of the said imprisonment shall stand vacatied automatically, imposed in the order dated 10.05.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.1605 of 2023 in C.A.No.157 of 2023 on the file of Vacation Sessions Judge, Sessions Divison, Erode.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer in seeking extension of time to comply with the order of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Sessions Divison, Erode in Crl.M.P.No.1605 of 2023 in C.A.No.157 of 2023. 2/4

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants further two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1605 of 2023 in C.A.No.157 of 2023 on 10.05.2023.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Origianl Petition is disposed of.
