ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.6324 of 2026 by order dated 18.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court since 25.03.2026.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and considering the age of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6324 of 2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
