This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation at the earliest and to file a final report in Crime No.43 of 2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Referred Charge Sheet is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought for some time to file the Referred Charge Sheet before the concerned Court.
