This case is taken up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.L.Ramanathan for Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel for the petitioner, No appearance for the respondents. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition is filed challenging the Pre-award passed by the first
respondent/Labour Court vide order dated 27.12.2010. Thereafter, the trial was conducted and final award was passed on 16.08.2016. Against this award, writ petition was filed in W.P.No.27169 of 2017 and it was settled in Lok Adalat on 11.09.2021.
2.Mr.K.Elangovan, the General Manager of the Petitioner/Transport Corporation sought permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
