This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.48,58,350/- (Forty Eight Lakhs Fifty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Rupees Only) as found in data VII and VIII of the approval order, after deducting transport and labor charges in the name of M/s.Siddharth Foundation and Housing Limited, City Tower, Eighth Floor, No.117, Thyagaraya Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-600 017.

2. Today, earlier counsel for the petitioner represented that already the entire case bundle and change of Vakalath were handed over to the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the petitioner did not take steps to engage any counsel. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner by person or through pleader.
