ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass orders on petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2018 to join service in the post of Deputy Manager with all consequential and other benefits within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner was working as a Deputy Manager in the year 2012, he tendered a resignation letter to the respondent due to family circumstances. However, the respondent by a communication dated 28.05.2015 did not accept the same. However, the petitioner was neither discharged from service nor allowed to continue in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service. Under these circumstances, the petitioner sent several representations in order to continue in service.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations was sent by the petitioner starting from 15.02.2017. Thereafter, he sent about four representations, last representation being dated 02.08.2021. Till date, no orders have been passed by the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the various representation sent by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders passed on merits.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the various representations given by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
