ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner college within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner college aggrieved by the orders passed by the 2nd respondent, filed an appeal before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent has also heard the appeal and what remains is only passing of final orders in the appeal. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed till date and left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. Mr.Susrinivasan, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent will pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already heard the appeal filed by the petitioner college, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
