By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the proceedings initiated on the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.492A/A-4/2013 dated 30.12.2013.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent issued a Charge Memo against the petitioner in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

month of December 2013 and even after completing the enquiry, the second respondent has not passed orders so far. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of Mr.Kanimozhimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Jayaprakash Narayanan learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would state that the enquiry officer has submitted his report and the second respondent has to pass orders.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
