O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.529 of 2017 in Spl.C.C.No.30 of 2016 dated 29.11.2017 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard both sides.

3. By an earlier order of this Court dated 18.01.2018, the petitioner was permitted to cross examine Pws. 1 to 7 on 31.01.2018. It is now represented before this Court that the petitioner could not cross examine Pws. 1 to 7 on the said date.

4. Considering the submissions, made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is permitted to cross examine PWs 1 to 7 on 12.02.2018 and 13.02.2018. It is made clear that the petitioner shall complete the cross examination on the same day.

With the above observations, the criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
