O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the District Revenue Officer dated 21.06.2013, wherein, the patta has been issued in favour of the third respondent.

2. The allegations made in the affidavit are all to be tried only in a civil suit, as the evidentiary value of the documents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are to be considered. It is also stated that the third respondent has already filed a Civil Suit.

As it is a well settled principle that the disputed entries in the Revenue Records cannot be challenged under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as it requires conducting roving enquiry, the parties are directed to adjudicate their rights in the civil suit. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
