This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9288 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Tirupur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station, on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the documents produced by the petitioner is fake, hence, he prayed for dismissal of the petition. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that atleast the condition may relaxed and the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9288 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
