This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9939 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week on every Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
