Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the survey of the land of the petitioner based on the application vide Challan No.3 dated 19.06.2019 and representation dated 24.01.2020 in respect of the property comprised in Resurvey No.120/1B,1C,1D situate at Nadungunam Village, Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District by a within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the subject property based on the application given by the petitioner on 19.06.2019

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for survey on 09.11.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the entire process, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
