(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties at length.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would confine his relief only to consider his representation given on 22.12.2015, without recourse to further judicial remedy on this issue.

3. We thus, direct that the first respondent may examine the representation of the petitioner and send a response to the same within one month from today.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
