O R D E R
The civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 26 February 2013 in I.A.No.95 of 2012 in A.S.No.6 of 2008, whereby and whereunder the First Appellate Court allowed the petition to receive additional evidence.
K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.
(tar)
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the currency of this civil revision petition, the I Appellate Court allowed the appeal. The petitioners filed second appeal in S.A.No.493 of 2014 before this Court. The second appeal is pending.
3. In view of the subsequent developments, the civil revision petition is closed. However, I make it clear that this order closing the civil revision petition, without adjudicating the merits of the matter, would not stand in the way of the petitioners from taking up all the contentions available to them in the pending second appeal in S.A.No.493 of 2014. There is no order as to costs.
