This petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.10415 of 2020 on 18.02.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner says that in paragraph No.6 of the proceedings of the District Collector, there are certain errors, and that has to be corrected.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is now granted liberty to approach the District Collector, to have those errors corrected.
