This is an application seeking extension of time for passing of award by the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of 9 months. 2.

This Court, vide order dated 27.10.2017 in O.P.No.108 of 2017, had appointed Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.Rajeswaran, a retired Judge of this Court as Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent. It is stated that the pleadings are complete and the matter is in the stage of filing of draft issues. Since the mandate of the Tribunal has expired, the present application has been filed.

With the consent of both learned counsel, time is extended by nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for completion of the Arbitral proceedings and for passing the http://www.judis.nic.in
