Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in Memo No.379/BCDFGISSSV/2020 passed by the 2nd respondent on 17.09.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's son Rajkumar, son of Velu, aged about 29 years, before this Court, who now detained in Central Prison, Puzhal - II, and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo No.379/BCDFGISSSV/2020 dated 17.09.2020, detaining her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
brother as "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.4998, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 17.11.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
