ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the enquiry having been initiated in pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2014, no further progress has been made. It is also seen from the records that the enquiry notice was issued to the parties on 13.08.2015.

2. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed.
