No.4134 of 2019:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of appointment of Amarnadh T, S/o.Ramana Rao, State Coordinator Legal IndusInd Bank, Ap Employee No.RO4153 as Receiver to seize and deliver the MAHINDRA BLAZO TRUCK 2017 MODEL, Mahindra BLAZO 31 8X2 6C E BS III bearing Chassis No.MA1PFAJBCH6B48815 Engine NO.EAHZB11040 and AP 31 TH 4853 to the custody of the Applicant, available at the Respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the Receiver Amarnadh. T to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:
By order dated 24.06.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Amarnadh, T, State Co-ordinator Legal of the applicant Company as Receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized by the receiver and the same has been handed over to the applicant.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this application and accordingly the same is dismissed.
