Seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 02.03.2015 and to conduct enquiry.
2. No representation for the petitioner. It is seen that the daughter-in-law has given a complaint against her father-in-law to the police and the complaint has been sent by post. No proof has been filed.
3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the 3rd respondent in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the respondent Police and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, if not the same shall be closed.
