C O M M O N O R D E R The relief sought for in these writ petitions is for a direction to direct 4th respondent herein to grant the petitioners herein time scale of pay with effect from 01.06.2002 and 01.03.2001 and pay the arrears of wages and all other attendant benefits.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the Executive Officer, Nangavalli Town Panchayat, Nangavalli, has provided an instruction to him, stating that the grievances of the writ petitioners have already been redressed. 3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions. Accordingly, both the writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
