JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. SUBBIAH,J.) This Appeal has been filed as against the order of dismissal of the divorce petition passed by the Principal Family Judge at Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the appellant and the respondent along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. Learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the parties have decided to file a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955, for decree of divorce by mutual consent before the Family Court. Both the parties as well as their respective counsels have also made an endorsement to that effect.
