ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.23776 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondents, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Standing counsel appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has

been complied with and the proceedings has been served. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Forest Officer, The Nilgiris South Region, Udagamandalam bearing Na.Ka.No.6401/2016/O dated 15.07.2019, to that effect.

3.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
